Meet The Team
Thom Corkett
Founder & Lead Therapist
The lone wolf, for now.
From serving in the Royal Marines where he represented them at Rugby Union and swimming, to high level Rugby and representing Great Britain at the Triathlon world championships. Thom has always been involved in health and fitness spending many years as a personal trainer, where the interest in injury rehab came about. After sustaining multiple serious injuries himself and having to go through extensive rehab he took the recovery and rehab into his own hands. So, after gaining multiple qualifications and experience in the injury and rehab side of things with personal training qualifications he decided to take the leap and go full on clinical sports therapist and rehabilitation route and this is where Hepius Therapy came about.

Thom now participates in endurance swimming events, strongman style training and calisthenics. He is also a published author with his book titled; Be more dog.

Thom has a wealth of experience within the industry and living with and overcoming his own injuries this alongside the qualifications and understanding he will help guide you on every step of your journey, no matter who you are or your circumstances.

Not only does Thom have a wealth of knowledge and experience, he also has a diploma in BSL. So if you're hard of hearing or deaf Thom will be able to communicate and be able to help and assist you. Thom believes health and fitness should be accessible for everyone and he has also worked with numerous individuals with disabilities. Making them feel part of a team and included, helping them to lead the life they want. Thom is hugely understanding and patient and gets results out of everyone he works with.
